28 August 2013 - 'PREMIUM AGENCY' AWARD

Posted by: VLTravel

Varsity Lakes Travel (VLTravel) has been awarded PREMIUM AGENCY STATUS 2013/2014 by QANTAS Holidays & Viva Holidays, as part of their Premium Agency Partnership Program.

This recognition and award is by invitation only, and is made to just 100 select agencies throughout Australia.

To become a Premium Agency, agents have to consistently sell and support both Qantas Holidays and Viva Holidays throughout the year, and demonstrate a commitment as well as loyalty to these Brands.

Varsity Lakes Travel Managing Director Nicholas Rone said "Our whole team is extremely proud and honored to have achieved this status, and to be selected by Qantas and Viva Holidays as one of only 100 Australian agencies to be a part of the Premium Agency Partnership program. These brands resinate with ouyr clients and make up a significant proportion of our business because of their quality, affordability, efficiency and reliability. The incredible relationship we have with their staff helps us to achieve the best results for our clients each & every time, and this new status will give us the tools to go one better, and raise the bar even further in respect to our ability to service and support our customers"

In the travel industry today it is more difficult than ever for Agencies to make their mark and grow their businesses, which is why earning eligibility to be invited into such elite programs is so important to them. Recognition such as this from a major Australian wholesale supplier is held in high esteem amongst the Travel Agency & industry fraternity, and the status widely regarded by the buying public who more and more prefer only to use agencies that are trained experts & specialists in the products (holidays) & destinations they sell.
