A Sample USA National Park Driving Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive Las Vegas (1 Night). Arrive into Las Vegas, pick up your Rental Car at the Airport and drive to your hotel. Rest of day to relax and prepare for your adventure.

Day 2-3: Zion National Park (2 Nights). Departing from Las Vegas it is a comfortable drive to Zion National Park, where nature puts on a show of her own. Hire a bike or visit the ghost town where "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" was filmed, hike to the Emerald Pools of the Virgin River (always a hit with the kids!) or try 'river tubing'. At the end of the day, take a dip or just relax by the pool, taking in the spectacular views of Zion Canyon.

Day 4-5: Bryce Canyon (2 Nights). It is just a short, but truly spectacular drive from Zion to Bryce National Park, where wind and water have sculpted a fantasyland of rock spires and formations that almost defy description. Next stop on the trail is our mountain ranch where you can saddle up for a horseback ride. Then tuck in to some typical western chow before retiring to the lodge or one of the rustic log cabins.

Day 6-7: Lake Powell (2 Nights). From the dusty trail you will head towards Navajo territory and the cooling blue waters of Lake Powell for two days. This huge man-made lake offers swimming and all manner of water sports against the most amazing red-rock backdrop.

Day 8: Monument Valley (1 Night). From here it is only a short drive to Monument Valley - instantly recognisable from countless western movies - where the Navajo and their ancestors have lived for generations. It is not hard to see why filmmakers, locals and visitors alike find this such a special place. A guided jeep tour takes you off the beaten path and reveals more about the native culture and way of life.

Day 9-10: Grand Canyon National Park (2 Nights). Just when you think you have run out of superlatives, the tour is topped off with one of the world's greatest natural wonders - the Grand Canyon! A two-night stop ensures enough time to experience its splendour. An optional helicopter or aeroplane ride really puts the immense scale of the place into perspective and the included I-MAX movie allows a fascinating glimpse of some of its hidden secrets.

Day 11: Las Vegas. Heading back to Las Vegas via a man-made wonder, the enormous Hoover Dam, the whole family will have packed in enough adventure for a year! Your driving trip ends in Las Vegas - how many nights would you like here to enjoy the "City of Sin"?.
